ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER

Overview

We are seeking talented and passionate individuals to join our client’s team at their Forbes Five-Star restaurant in Macau. As a member of their team, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside a world-class culinary team, delivering exceptional service and cuisine to discerning guests from around the globe.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 Michelin star restaurant experience, preferable with 2 Michelin star restaurant and have been in the same position for at least 2 years
  • Strong communication, customer service skills and presentation skills
  • Strong on training Skills
  • Familiar with Forbes standard, Michelin and Black Pearl request
  • Strong on Fine dining service
  • Fluency in spoken both Mandarin and English
  • Supervisor and Attendant positions are also available

Job Description

  • Administering departmental operations
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Developing marketing strategies and seeking opportunities to increase business
  • Overseeing training and development for employees, including planning, assigning trainers, and mentoring
  • Recruiting, selecting, and training new employees, as well as managing employee punctuality, appearance, and hygiene.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring a positive dining experience.
