- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in multiple languages (English, Chinese, Korean, or Japanese) is an asset

- Provide high-quality service to our gaming customers in a fast-paced casino environment
- Build strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
- Develop and execute personalized marketing strategies to acquire new customers
- Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve our products and services
- Ensure seamless communication with our teams to resolve customer issues promptly
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition
