ADVERTISING

We provide advertising for your recruitment needs.

SCREENING AND SELECTION

We screen our candidates to confirm their suitability for the offered positions. Typical screening includes communication, typing, knowledge and computer skills.

WEB-CAM INTERVIEW

We conduct webcam interview for our candidates that are not in Singapore. Our client could access our candidates through this “face-to-face” online interview.

ON-THE-JOB TRAINING

We provide student from the Colleges/University OJT on 6 months attachment. On-the-job training takes place in a normal working situation, using the actual tools, equipment, documents or materials that trainees will use when fully trained. Trainees could be converted to a full-time staff after 6 months.

COUNSELING SERVICES

We provide counseling services to our candidates. We assist them to cope with the difficulties of relocation and acceptance of the unfamiliar aspects of our country. We help to reduce misunderstanding between both employers and employees.

INTERVIEW ABOARD

In order to provide our client with more choices and best staffing needs, we organize interview session abroad for our clients who are recruiting 10 or more employees. Interviews shall be conducted in the respective country of the selected candidates.

Our Story

Founded in 2007, Bez Careers (S) Pte. Ltd. began with a clear mission—to connect skilled talent with opportunities across Singapore’s thriving Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. From the outset, we focused on deploying a wide range of personnel, including managers, supervisors, service crew, chefs, and support staff, to F&B establishments of all types, from casual eateries to fine dining venues.

As our reputation grew, so did our reach. We expanded our services to clients across Asia, Europe, and beyond—including Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Australia, the United States, Malaysia, India, and China. These international engagements exposed us to diverse business cultures and perspectives, shaping our growth strategy and inspiring us to expand regionally.

In 2008, recognizing the increasing demand for manpower in Singapore, we launched our Internship and On-the-Job Training (OJT) program. This initiative was met with overwhelming success, helping our clients meet operational needs while providing students with real-world experience and career development pathways.

By 2009, we had solidified our role as a regional manpower hub, forming strategic partnerships in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Taiwan, Indonesia, Australia, China, Korea, Japan, Myanmar, Bangladesh, and India. That same year, we became accredited by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) and achieved ISO 9001 certification—reinforcing our commitment to quality and operational excellence.

2009 also marked our entry into new markets, including Australia and the Middle East, as we continued to broaden our global footprint.

In 2012, we made a significant leap by becoming an approved manpower vendor for major integrated resort operators in Macau, many of which are publicly listed in the US and Hong Kong. We also expanded into Brunei, supporting clients across retail, hospitality, engineering, and media sectors. Building on our Macau success, we began working with gaming hotel operators in the Philippines and forged partnerships with hotels in the Maldives.

Our efforts were recognized in 2013 when we received the Singapore Business Quality Award, a proud milestone that reaffirmed our dedication to service excellence.

In 2015, we led a major international recruitment initiative for a key client in Macau—spanning Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Korea, and the Philippines. Bez Careers was the sole recruitment agency appointed to lead this effort in Singapore.

From 2017 to 2019, we continued our momentum by supporting large-scale recruitment for Gaming Concessionaires in Macau, Cambodia, and the Philippines.

Like many businesses, we faced significant challenges between 2020 and 2022 as the global pandemic brought recruitment to a standstill. Despite the setbacks, we remained steadfast in our commitment to our clients and candidates.

With the reopening of borders in 2023, we resumed full-scale operations and were honored to be appointed as an approved recruitment vendor for all Gaming Concessionaires in Macau.

Today, Bez Careers continues to grow as a trusted partner in international recruitment—built on integrity, quality, and a passion for connecting people with opportunities around the world.
