Job Requirements
- Education: Diploma in Business Management.
- Certification: Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a similar role.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Corporate, Travel Trade, MICE, and Event markets, with the ability to manage key client relationships.
- Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, enabling effective communication with international customers and coordination with the Macau office.
- Strong sales and leadership skills; excellent analytical and communication abilities.
Job Description
- Achieve budgeted revenue and booking targets across market segments (Leisure, Corporate, and MICE).
- Collaborate with sales leaders to ensure understanding and effective implementation of sales strategies.
- Develop and implement sales plans addressing revenue, customers, and market needs.
- Assist in creating internal and external promotions, providing positive leadership to maximize revenue potential.
- Monitor daily activities of direct reports and participate in sales calls to acquire new business.
- Analyze market information and implement strategies to achieve financial goals, assisting Revenue Management with forecasts.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by collecting feedback to improve service quality.
