Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years’ Bar management experience in leading bars, Asia/World 50 Best bars preferred
- Pose a creative mindset and independent mindset and above all a creative outlook.
- Excellent beverage knowledge
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent
- Good English and Mandarin, Cantonese a plus
- Excellent leadership, management and supervisory abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- We need someone with a creative mindset and they don’t have to be from a hotel background, we are building programs here at Wynn that need a more independent mindset and above all a creative outlook.

Job Description
- Perform beverage management for all the bars and relevant events cost-effectively and efficiently within budget
- Assist Head Mixologist to ensure delivery of world class beverage product as well as excellent customer service
- Assist Head Mixologist to maintain high standards of beverage quality, presentation, creativity, consistency and service
- Monitor consumption and maximise capacity of resources and equipment
- Assist Head Mixologist to create monthly and seasonal menus in cooperation with the team
- Assist Head Mixologist to monitor and coordinate for all relevant events with beverage requests
- Accept any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Head Mixologist
