Job Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
- Able to perform staggered shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong computer skills.
- Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
- Proficient in Chinese, Korean or Japanese languages.
- At least 1 year of guest service experience in casino industry
- Outgoing personality and proactive working attitude.
- Willing to relocate to Philippines
Job Description
- Ensures VIP guest needs are being met and handled properly
- Increases and improves customer’s play and visitation in the property
- Gathers feedback from patrons to enhance development of new events and other incentives in the property and promote in-house program and promotions as well as assist Event & Promotion in execution of event &
promotions. - Anticipates customers’ needs and problems for all players in the Casino
Builds a strong network / rapport with customers for acquisitions and retentions. - Reports any incidents to the supervisors.
- Acts in accordance with the Company policies and procedures without any intimidation to customers.
- Prepares and updates Arrivals and Departures of Players/ makes reservations for hotel rooms / updates
reservations of hotel rooms for players / players pick up or send off player’s airport / checks incoming flight times for airlines. - Finds valuable customers on the floor and ensure a high level of service is rendered
- Coordinates the flow of paperwork, reports and its submission to the manager
- Have a Team player mentality regarding reporting and handling over of all information’s
- Carries out all tasks given by superiors.
- Ensures that the mass gaming floor operations runs smoothly.
- Invites and encourages potential players to participate in all promotions, events, tournaments and offers.
- Offers complimentary F&B, room stays, and other perks based on player gaming activity.
- Assists patrons with hotel, limo, and restaurant bookings.
- Protects the confidentiality of all company files and documents under their immediate control.
- Proactively resolves any guest issue that arises, including the coordination of departmental assistance when
necessary. - Notifies supervisor / manager of any suspicious or unusual activity and / or transactions in a timely and responsible manner.
- Achieves quarterly goals, such as turnover, drop, filling special events, telemarketing efforts, profit, etc.
- Supports the overall development of the player database focusing on overseas’ database.
