Job Summary

A hotel butler is a dedicated and highly skilled professional who is responsible for providing personalized service to guests during their stay at a luxury hotel. They act as a personal assistant, anticipating and fulfilling the needs and preferences of guests to ensure a memorable and comfortable experience. Hotel butlers are trained in the art of hospitality and are adept at handling a wide range of tasks, from arranging transportation and restaurant reservations to unpacking luggage and providing recommendations for local attractions. They are experts in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and their attention to detail and commitment to excellence make them an essential part of the luxury hotel experience.

Job Requirements

• Well grooming and good communication skills. In order to communicate to international VIP guest, Fluent spoken English and Mandarin; good communication in Cantonese Other foreign languages an advantage
• At least 1 year of Hotel related job experience such as Front Office, Concierge, VIP Service, Butler Service.
• Relevant work experience in Forbes 5 star hotel is an advantage.
• 8 hours per day. Willing to accept shift and overnight shift work on weekdays and public holidays.
• Education: Diploma or equivalent; major in Hospitality or Tourism preferred
• Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office

Job Description

• Provide professional, personalized service to Company’s VIP guests.
• Respond promptly to guests’ requests and do everything possible to make their stay enjoyable.
• Prepare VIP Services areas and suites for guests’ arrival by creating a luxurious atmosphere and setting up amenities
• Check stations and pantries for stock needs, neatness and cleanliness
• Monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage
• Know and understand the resort’s facilities and services and all F&B items on the menu
• Maintain guests’ preference profiles and track their likes and dislikes
