Service Ambassador

Job Requirements

• 1 year at a 5-star hotel or reputable restaurant
• 2 years Frontline customer service experience in airlines, retail, concierge is an added advantage
• Possess basic knowledge of relevant Food and beverage skills
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, both written and spoken to serve international guests
• Good communication and customer service skills

职位一：服务专员（F&B 服务员） – 缅甸/越南市场

职位要求：

• 具备至少 1 年于五星级酒店或知名餐厅工作经验；
• 具备相关餐饮服务的基础知识与技能；
• 能听说读写粤语及普通话以服务国际宾客；
• 外貌端庄，具备良好亲和力及专业形象。

职位二：服务大使（F&B 大使）

职位要求：

• 具备至少 1 年于五星级酒店或知名餐厅工作经验；
• 拥有 2 年前线客户服务经验（航空公司、零售、礼宾部等）者优先考虑；
• 熟悉相关餐饮服务的基本知识；
• 能听说读写粤语及普通话以服务国际宾客；
• 拥有良好的沟通能力与客户服务意识；
