Job Responsibility
- Provide professional, personalised service to VIP guests, ensure the VIP guest experience is memorable by exceeding guest’s expectations
- Prepare VIP Services areas and suites for guests’ arrival by creating a luxurious atmosphere and setting up amenities
- Know and understand the resort’s facilities and services and all F&B items on the menu
- Responsible for in-room dining services (such as tableware setting, provision of catering services and drink recommendations, etc.)
- Record guest preferences and create guest profiles with continuously updated
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred
- 1 year of customer service experience at a five-star hotel or fine-dining restaurant
- Possess good language skills in Mandarin or Cantonese, with English preferred, to communicate effectively with international guests.
工作职责:
- 向贵宾宾客提供专业、个性化的服务,超越客人期望,确保其入住体验难忘;
- 在宾客抵达前,准备贵宾服务区及套房,营造奢华氛围,布置各项迎宾用品;
- 熟悉并了解度假村的设施与服务,以及所有餐饮菜单项目;
- 负责客房内用餐服务,包括摆放餐具、提供餐饮服务及饮品推荐等;
- 记录宾客偏好,持续更新并维护宾客资料档案。
职位要求:
- 拥有学士学位或同等学历者优先;
- 至少1年在五星级酒店或高级餐厅的客户服务经验;
- 具备普通话或粤语良好语言能力,英语优先,以便与国际宾客进行有效沟通。
薪资待遇:每月澳门币 MOP18,140
