Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure guests receive courteous and efficient five-star service. Recommend tea, menu pairings for restaurant guests, prepare and serve tea
  • Perform the tea ceremony and serve tea according to Chinese traditions
  • Practice tea and food matching
  • Store food, beverages and equipment carefully
  • Maintain stock levels and control monthly inventory
  • Know and understand drink lists, menu items, products and services and upsell alternatives

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ working experience in the tea industry, Food & Beverage services experience in a 5-Star Hotel is an advantage
  • Familiar with tea growing and brewing, terminology, ceremony, taste and history of different tea types
  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent in spoken Mandarin and Cantonese, with English considered an advantage, to communicate effectively with international guests.
  • Able to work 24 hr rotating shifts, and be flexible with scheduling adjustments based on operational needs

Salary: MOP 20,950 + MOP 600

 

工作职责:

  • 以五星级的礼遇及有效的服务,向宾客推荐能相配合的茶及佳肴,准备及端上茶
  • 需向宾客作传统茶艺表演和招待
  • 须作茶与菜肴相配合的尝试
  • 妥善存放所有食品、饮品及硬件设备
  • 须作出仓存管理及控制每月存货
  • 熟悉菜单及茶单内各货品

 

职位要求:

  • 具最少三年年茶艺相关经验,于五星级酒店从事餐饮服务的工作经验者优先考虑
  • 熟悉茶叶的种植和冲泡技巧,以及不同茶类的术语,茶艺,鉴赏及茶的历史由来等
  • 中学毕业或等同学历
  • 能流利使用普通话及粤语进行口头沟通,具备英语能力者优先,以便与国际宾客进行有效交流。
  • 须轮班工作,及能配合营运需要而作出调班安排

薪水:MOP 20,950 + MOP 600
