2007
Our Beginning
Founded in Singapore, Bez Careers (S) Pte. Ltd. started with a clear mission: to connect skilled talent to opportunities in the thriving Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. We began by supplying managers, chefs, service crew, and support staff to establishments ranging from casual eateries to fine dining restaurants.
Training the Future
Recognizing the need to build a stronger talent pipeline, we launched our Internship and On-the-Job Training (OJT) program. This initiative supported businesses with additional manpower while giving students valuable real-world experience and career pathways into the hospitality sector.

Regional Growth and Accreditation
Bez Careers grew into a regional manpower hub with partnerships across Asia—including Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Taiwan, Indonesia, Australia, China, Korea, Japan, Myanmar, Bangladesh, and India. We also earned POEA accreditation and ISO 9001 certification, marking our commitment to international standards and quality assurance.
Expanding Horizons
We took a major leap by becoming an approved manpower vendor for leading integrated resort operators in Macau, many of which are publicly listed in the US and Hong Kong. We also expanded into Brunei, supported gaming hotel operators in the Philippines, and began partnerships with luxury resorts in the Maldives.

Our efforts were acknowledged with the Singapore Business Quality Award, a milestone that reinforced our reputation for service excellence and reliability in international recruitment.
Leading Large Scale Recruitment
Bez Careers led a major recruitment initiative for a top Macau client, spanning Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Korea, and the Philippines. We were the sole recruitment agency appointed in Singapore for this project, underscoring our capability to manage high-volume, cross-border hiring campaigns.

Regional Leadership
We expanded further by supporting mass recruitment drives for Gaming Concessionaires in Macau, Cambodia, and the Philippines. Our regional expertise, networks, and efficiency positioned us as a preferred recruitment partner in the gaming and hospitality sectors.
Pandemic Challenges
The global pandemic brought international recruitment to a standstill. Despite unprecedented challenges, we remained committed to our clients and candidates—providing support, advice, and preparation for the eventual reopening of borders.

A New Chapter
With borders reopening, Bez Careers returned to full-scale operations and was honored to be appointed as an approved recruitment vendor for all Gaming Concessionaires in Macau. This milestone cemented our reputation as a trusted partner in large-scale, specialized recruitment.
