Job Description
Job Responsibility
- Meets, greets, and delivers excellent customer service to in house table and slots players/ gaming area
- Arranges hotel, transportation, room amenities and other needs for in house players
Job Requirements
- Presentable with professional grooming
- Minimum 1 year working experience in sales marketing or customer service field
- Possess excellent command of both written and spoken Mandarin, with English and Cantonese considered an advantage, to communicate effectively with international guests.
- Good communications skills
- Must be able to work on 24 hours, weekends, and public holidays
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
Salary (Housing Allowance of MOP500 Inclusive): MOP 20,000
工作职责
- 迎接并接待场内赌桌及老虎机玩家，提供卓越的客户服务。
- 为场内玩家安排酒店、交通、房间设施及其他需求。
职位要求
- 形象端正，注重职业形象
- 至少 1 年销售市场或客户服务相关工作经验。
- 具备优秀的普通话书面及口头表达能力，英语及粤语能力者优先，以便与国际宾客进行有效沟通。
- 良好的沟通能力。
- 能接受 24 小时轮班工作，包括周末及公众假期。
- 高中或同等学历。
薪资MOP 20,000（包含 MOP 500 住房津贴）
