Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily front desk operations and staff scheduling

Ensure all guest inquiries and requests are handled promptly and professionally

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs

Monitor and improve guest satisfaction scores

Train and mentor front desk team members

Handle escalated guest concerns
Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hotel front desk or supervisory role

Strong communication and leadership skills

Proficient in hotel reservation systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
-
Excellent grooming and professional appearance
-
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
