Job Responsibility
- Schedule reservations in a clear and organised manner
- Be familiar with table numbers, table locations, and seating capacity of each table
- Manage the number of guest bookings and walk-ins and distribute guests evenly among tables to avoid overcrowding any section
- Know and understand drink lists and menu items, make recommendations, and upsell alternatives
- Address guest request promptly and handle complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-year related customer service experience in a 4–5-star hotel or restaurant
- Possesses Secondary school diploma or above
- Fluent in spoken Cantonese and Mandarin, with English considered an advantage, to communicate effectively with international guests
- Knowledge of basic computer operations, RESPAK an advantage
- Possesses excellent customer service, strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as professional telephone etiquete and sales techniques
- Able to work 24 hr rotating shifts, and be flexible with scheduling adjustments based on operational needs
Salary: MOP 13,660 + MOP 600
工作职责:
- 须以有礼的态度为宾客进行预约服务,并须作清晰的记录
- 熟悉各张餐桌的号码,位置及座位数量
- 须妥善控制已预订或没有预订的宾客数目及用膳时间;同时为了维持餐厅秩序,须平
均分配各区域的宾客数目
- 熟悉菜单及饮品单内各货品,以便向客人作出介绍及推荐
- 针对宾客的要求,及时处理投诉,令他们感到满意
职位要求:
- 具最少一年于四、五星级酒店或餐厅,从事客户服务的工作经验
- 中学毕业或以上程度
- 能流利使用粤语及普通话进行口头沟通,具备英语能力者优先,以便与国际宾客进行有效交流。
- 熟悉基本电脑软件操作,懂RASPEC软件操作者优先考虑
- 具优质客户服务、优良的沟通和人际关系技巧、良好的电话礼仪和推销技巧
- 主动积极、仪表端庄、自信有礼及热情友善
- 须轮班工作,及能配合营运需要而作出调班安排
薪水:MOP 13,660 + MOP 600
