Job Description

Job Responsibility

• Introduce beverages to guests and prepare and serve drinks
• Setup the bar for service
• Clean and tidy the bar and equipment frequently
• Report stock levels and help control monthly inventory
• Know and understand drink lists, menu items, products and services, and upsell alternatives

Job Requirements:

• Have related customer service experience in a hotel or restaurant
• Possesses Secondary school diploma or above
• Knowledge and experience of basic cash handling
• Fluent in spoken Cantonese or Mandarin, with English considered an advantage, to communicate effectively with international guests.
• Able to work 24 hr rotating shifts, and be flexible with scheduling adjustments based on operational needs

Salary: MOP 10,820 + MOP 600

工作职责：

• 负责为宾客介绍、准备及端上饮品
• 须作好酒吧区域的款客摆设
• 经常保持酒吧及所有硬件设备的清洁整齐
• 须作出仓存管理及控制每月存货
• 熟悉菜单及饮品单内各货品，以便向客人作出介绍及推荐

职位要求：

• 具餐厅工作经验或从事客户服务工作经验
• 初中毕业或以上程度
• 具简单现金处理经验
• 能流利使用粤语或普通话进行口头沟通，具备英语能力者优先，以便与国际宾客进行有效交流
• 须轮班工作，及能配合营运需要而作出调班安排

薪水：MOP 10,820 + MOP 600
