Job Responsibility
- Introduce beverages to guests and prepare and serve drinks
- Setup the bar for service
- Clean and tidy the bar and equipment frequently
- Report stock levels and help control monthly inventory
- Know and understand drink lists, menu items, products and services, and upsell alternatives
Job Requirements:
- Have related customer service experience in a hotel or restaurant
- Possesses Secondary school diploma or above
- Knowledge and experience of basic cash handling
- Fluent in spoken Cantonese or Mandarin, with English considered an advantage, to communicate effectively with international guests.
- Able to work 24 hr rotating shifts, and be flexible with scheduling adjustments based on operational needs
Salary: MOP 10,820 + MOP 600
工作职责:
- 负责为宾客介绍、准备及端上饮品
- 须作好酒吧区域的款客摆设
- 经常保持酒吧及所有硬件设备的清洁整齐
- 须作出仓存管理及控制每月存货
- 熟悉菜单及饮品单内各货品,以便向客人作出介绍及推荐
职位要求:
- 具餐厅工作经验或从事客户服务工作经验
- 初中毕业或以上程度
- 具简单现金处理经验
- 能流利使用粤语或普通话进行口头沟通,具备英语能力者优先,以便与国际宾客进行有效交流
- 须轮班工作,及能配合营运需要而作出调班安排
薪水:MOP 10,820 + MOP 600
