Job Responsibility
- Prepare and follow-up on-day guests’ arrival and arrival of TTO player
- Assure all room/limousine reservation is correct and ready before guest arrives
- Follow up any undone task by end shift
- Handle premium program settlement and supervise by AD or above
- Conduct and assist guest auto settlement
Job Requirements
- Presentable with professional grooming
- Casino marketing experience preferred
- Minimum of 1-year customer service experiences in 5 star-hotel
- Excellent command of both written and spoken Mandarin and English, with Cantonese considered an advantage, to communicate effectively with international guests.
- Good communications skills
- Must be able to work on 24 hours, weekends, and public holidays
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
Salary (Housing Allowance of MOP 500 inclusive): MOP20,000
工作职责:
- 准备及跟进当日宾客和TTO玩家的抵达事宜;
- 确保宾客抵达前,所有客房及接送车(豪华车)的预约无误并已准备妥当;
- 跟进交班时未完成的工作;
- 处理贵宾项目的结算,并由助理总监(AD)或以上级别监督;
- 协助宾客进行自动结算流程
职位要求:
- 外表端庄,仪容专业
- 具有娱乐场市场营销经验者优先;
- 至少拥有1年五星级酒店客户服务经验;
- 具备优秀的普通话及英语书面和口头表达能力,粤语能力者优先,以便与国际宾客进行有效沟通;
- 拥有良好的沟通技巧;
- 能接受24小时轮班,包括周末及公众假期工作;
- 拥有学士学位或以上学历。
薪资:每月澳门币 MOP20,000(含住房津贴MOP500)
