Job Description

Job Responsibility

• Greet and welcome guests in an articulate, warm manner
• Assist in serving food & beverages while engaging with guests
• Be flexible and adapt within different sub-departments of the Food & Beverage Division or any other department of the hotel as assigned
• Maintain good rapport and working relationships with staff in the outlets and all other departments

Job Requirements:

• 1 year of work experience in 4–5-star hotel restaurant an advantage
• High school certificate or equivalent
• Knowledge of restaurant service
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, with working knowledge of English, to communicate effectively with international guests.
• Good social skills; can work well under pressure
• Able to work 24 hr rotating shifts, and be flexible with scheduling adjustments based on operational needs

Salary: over MOP20,000

工作职责：

• 以殷勤有礼的态度欢迎和接待宾客
• 了解宾客的喜好，并为宾客提供餐饮安排
• 处理宾客查询并安排至相关部门跟进
• 与宾客建立良好客户关系

职位要求

• 一年或以上于五星级酒店或餐厅的工作经验优先
• 中学毕业或以上程度
• 能流利使用粤语及普通话，具备英语工作沟通能力，以便与国际宾客进行有效交流。
• 优质客户服务，良好的沟通和人际关系技巧
• 仪表端庄，自信，有礼及亲切友善
• 须轮班工作，及能配合营运需要而作出调班安排

薪水：MOP20000 以上
